2. Use of the website

2.1 You may reproduce, download and print any site content for your own personal, non-commercial use (providing someone else does not hold the copyright to it) subject to these conditions:
2.1.1 The text/graphics are not altered in any way
2.1.2 Material must be reproduced accurately and not under any misleading context
2.1.3 A link or similar is put with the content to say it has come from PremiereHub and it is copyrighted to PremiereHub

3. Use of images

3.1 The posters of films displayed on the website are copyright to the companies who have made the films. Please see Wikipedia's Fair Use Policy if you wish to use the posters.
3.2 Photos from premieres are copyrighted to the owner of the photo. In most cases, this is either PremiereHub or CelebPixs. Please e-mail the individual regarding use of their image.
3.3 Any other imagery is copyrighted to PremiereHub. Please contact PremiereHub if in doubt as to whether you use of the imagery is in regulation to the terms set above.

4. Membership

4.1 If you register as a user of this website, you will choose a username and password that is unique. You are held responsible for keeping your password a secret and all activities that happen under your username.
4.2 If there is any unauthorized use of your username and password, you must tell PremiereHub.
4.3 As a member you can contribute to the site by uploading photographs and submitting reviews under these conditions:
4.3.1 You will not upload any offensive, inappropriate or non-contextual photographs of premieres
4.3.2 You will not write offensive, inappropriate of non-contextual reviews of premieres. Reviews must be in English.
4.4 You agree to use the site in a lawful manner for the purpose it was intended.

5. Forums

5.1 You will not spam the forums, be rude to other forum members, not advertise on the forums or impersonate anyone. PremiereHub has the right to remove forum entries that they feel are inappropriate or not written in the English language.
